In terms of its construction, motorcycle chain is classified as motorcycle timing chain, motorcycle roller chain, motorcycle o ring chain, motorcycle x ring chain, and motorcycle silent chain (or inverted tooth chain). Motorcycle timing chain is generally used inside motorcycle engine, which is referred as motorcycle bushed chain, balance chain and oil pumps chain (i.e., for high displacement motorcycle). For those motorcycle chains used outside motorcycle engine to drive the back wheels, motorcycle roller chains are widely used, only in a few case, timing chain like 219H is adopted.
